Adam is a lifelong resident of Seattle. He attended Seattle Central Community College and the University of Washington where he earned a BFA in Photography. In addition to being a fine art photographer and artist, Adam has taught in-class STEAM and Art workshops as well as after-school and enrichment classes for the past 10 years. He lives in North Seattle with his wife, two children, and cat.
In this class, students explore the artistic inspiration behind different inventions and experiments. Each week we will learn about a different Artist, Inventor or Builder and the challenges they faced. Over the quarter students will work on several different hands-on projects combining art, engineering and recreational math.
