Holly Rikhof studied Molecular Biology and Biochemistry at the University of Colorado and has worked in a variety of research labs. In recent years, as a COOP preschool parent and active classroom volunteer, she has been able to use her science background to inspire discovery in the classroom. She very much enjoys inspiring young minds to fall in love with science.

Through demonstrations, crafts, and games, we will explore the amazing diversity of life on our planet and answer questions like: How do amoeba know where to go? How are you like a blue footed boobie? And what does spit do?
