Singing is fun! Open to all ages (adult must be present for any student age 5 and under), this family choir gives kids, teens, and adults alike the opportunity to enjoy making music together. Whether you’re a seasoned singer or a beginner, everyone is welcome to join and experience the fun that comes with singing as part of a group. The class will provide a common musical foundation and starting point for all participants, with instruction in basic vocal techniques for good singing as well as opportunities to learn and practice music fundamentals. However, the real emphasis of the class will be on the actual music-making – singing a wide variety of repertoire from musical theater standards to American folk music, world music to pop. Sign up your kids, sign up yourself, or register everyone in the family and come and explore choral singing together! **Note: Given the expected range of ages in attendance, children younger than 5 years old need to be accompanied by an adult; all family members 5 years and older are able to sign up and participate on their own. The cost of the class is a flat fee which covers all family members who sign up to take the class.**
